Region 5

The Louisiana Section is a member of the Region 5 National Board of Governance for ASCE along with the Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida Sections.


         The Director for Region 5 is the Louisiana Section’s 2005 President Dr. Norma Jean Mattei, Ph.D, PE.
